This page creates touches using a notation that describes the interval between calls. The right hand number is the number of leads since the previous call, this is explained in detail by selecting HELP from the Hamburger Menu.

Enter the block count number, then clicking a button adds a call or no call (Plain) or deletes at the end of the touch. Click a row in the listing to insert a call at that point or delete the existing call.
